Day 13 - Sigtuna, Sweden

That afternoon, we rode a bus about an hour outside of Stockholm to Sigtuna, a very picturesque village with medieval beginnings.

A public park not far from the shopping area.

A very fat Sigtuna cat.

A unique gate.

The local hotel.

A very pretty pooch.

Local fowl.

The church of St. Olof (Olav) built in the twelfth century, but excavations have found the remains of an older stone church underneath it.

There is a beautiful church on the premises.
