Nancy Parsons, born January 17, 1942 in Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, is probably best known for her role as Beulah Balbricker in Porky's. I didn't realize until I read her bio on imdb.com that she played Janice Van Meter in Steel Magnolias, one of my favorite movies.
I was excited to see her in an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation as Sovereign Marouk in The Vengeance Factor.
Unfortunately, Ms. Parsons passed away too soon in January 2001.
