I just found out that Jim Nabors, great comedic actor and singer, has passed away at 87. Nabors was born in Sylacauga, Alabama. He was at home in Hawai'i, his husband and long-time partner Stan Cadwallader said. I enjoyed seeing him on the Carol Burnett Show, but he was hysterical in Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, too.
I loved to hear him sing.
