On the way to Morro Bay

We got to Hearst Castle that day too late to tour so we made reservations for the next day and stayed overnight in Morro Bay.

California Coast - Seal Rock

A sea lion is taking a nap in the shallow water. 

Of course, you'd think he'd find a place where he wouldn't have to wake up every time one of those pesky waves broke over him.

His friends had the right idea.
