Buda Castle sits on the site of a medieval castle completed in 1265, but most of it, the Baroque portion was built in the mid-1700s.

Day 7 - Krems, Austria Gottweig Abbey
Outside of Krems, Austria, we visited the Gottweig Abbey, dedicated in 1072 but the monastery wasn't dedicated until 1083.
Day 6 - Cemsky Krumlov, Czech Republic: Castle
From the gardens, we walked down the hill to the castle.
